Our Vision

To support educational choice for children within the Las Vegas valley community. We will do this by providing a facility with a resource library and low cost to no cost rental space in which supplemental classes and activities can be held. RISE Resource Center is not a school, but rather a “community center” type facility focused on supporting educational choices ranging from homeschooling, charter schooling, private schooling, public schooling and many others.

We are also active in promoting awareness of the legal rights of parents to direct their child’s education, something that many parents are not even aware of. We hope to share with parents that they do indeed have choices.

Ultimately, we want to help create tomorrow’s leaders. By allowing families to choose how to educate their children, and by providing support and resources, we know we will have a positive impact on the students of today.

Our Goals

Currently we are trying to secure funding for the future site of RISE Resource Center, Inc. We are interested in a 13,000 sq foot building near Cheyenne/Allen. We are also looking for curriculum and other materials and resources for our planned resource library.

Our Immediate Needs

- Volunteers to help us find and apply for grants.
- Volunteers to sign up for our moving committee.
- Donations of curriculum and resource materials such as microscopes, globes, maps, and other educational items
- Donations of art furniture, art supplies, and related materials for our art room
- Monetary donations to support our storage unit costs
