To provide a facility and resources which support educational choice.

RISE Resource Center desires to enhance the community by providing a multifaceted educational facility that offers ongoing classes, services, educational resources, and meeting space in order to support educational choice. RISE serves all families interested in furthering the education of their child, regardless of race, creed, or educational philosophy. RISE also acknowledges that parents have the right to direct their child’s education and exists to support families and to educate the community on educational choices.
